The Reserve Bank of India congratulates its officer and international sportsperson Ms. Nitu (Boxing) on being honoured with the Arjuna Award, 2024.

President Droupadi Murmu confers the award in recognition of her outstanding achievements in Boxing. Her achievements are:

* Gold medal in IBA Women's World Boxing Championships (48 kg Wt. Category) held in Delhi, India in 2023.

* Gold medal in Commonwealth Games (48 kg Wt. Category) held in Birmingham, England in 2022.
